Return Policy

At Couponorg, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We want you to associate the purchased item with good memories. If there is any reason why you are not satisfied with your order, we are here to help so you can have a really transparent and simple return process.

Eligibility for Returns

Try to return most new, unused, and undamaged items within 15-30 days from the date of delivery, depending on product type. To be eligible for a return:

• The item should be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging.
• The boxes, manuals, accessories, or invoices should all be intact.
• Return is not accepted for perishable goods, personal care items, or custom products where the goods have been marked for non-return.

Refunds 

When we have received and inspected the returned item from the customer:

• An email will be sent to the customer informing them of the refund status.
• A refund will be issued if approved within 30 business days, back to the original mode of payment.

Note: Some banks or credit card companies may take a few extra days to show the refund in the account. 

Exchanges

We do not support exchanges at present. If you wish to obtain a replacement for an item, please return the item and place a new order.
